Vice Chair 1 – Candy Bonneville

Candy Bonneville began participating in Clark County politics in 2010. She was Chair of the 18th LD Dems from 2012 thru 2017, served as Vice Chair two years and then took a break during Covid and came back as an At-large Executive Board member for both the CCDCC and 18th LD Dems 2023/24.
She has Chaired the Ogden Dinner committee twice and served on that committee 5 other times. She’s Chaired and advised on the CCDCC Fairbooth Committee almost every year since 2015. She will to bring that experience to the CCDW and help raise membership back to our highest levels. She knows that at this time in history it’s more important than ever to make sure our community is informed and connected.
Treasurer – Marsha Manning

Marsha Manning is long-term Treasurer for candidates and organizations in Clark County. She is on the Candidate Recommendation Committee. She also discreetly assists candidates just starting out to get grounded with appropriate people and campaign elements.
Secretary – Nikole Graves

Nikole Graves is a lifelong Pacific Northwesterner and new to the political scene. She was raised in the Felida area and graduated from Columbia River High School after seven years as a student in the Vancouver Public Schools. After high school, she attended Washington State University in Pullman graduating with a degree in sociology, psychology and human development. Following a brief period in Philadelphia, PA as a live-in nanny, Nikole attended the University of Portland and graduated with a Master of Arts in Teaching in 2002. Following graduation, she completed a certification program to add administrative credentials to her resume.
Her professional background includes over 22 years of experience as a public school educator. During this time, she has worked with hundreds of students and their families. This experience has allowed her to utilize strong communication skills as well as compassion and empathy in working with people from diverse cultural and financial backgrounds. In her role as an educator, she has taken on several additional responsibilities including serving as a member of the building leadership team, the Positive Behavior Intervention Supports committee, a behavior/discipline committee, as well as several other building and district level committees. She has also spent the past few years as one of her building’s union representatives. During this work, she has had the opportunity to gain experience in contract bargaining, personnel issues, and labor practices. She has also attended the Washington Education Association Representative Assembly in 2023 and 2024. This provided valuable experience with state level issues affecting Washington’s school districts, educators and students.
Nikole currently shares her home with her son, daughter and naughty Australian Shepherd, Charlie. She spends her time teaching kindergarten, serving as the secretary of her daughter’s middle school PTSA, completing various home improvement projects, enjoying friends and family and following her daughter all over the area watching copious amounts of volleyball.
