Statement from the Clark County Democratic Women Executive Board
Sarah Mittelman is no longer the Chair of the Clark County Democratic Women. She resigned April 24, 2026 at the request of the CCDW Executive Board for activities inappropriate and unbefitting a Democratic Party leader.
By all reports she signed on as a Republican and plans to run for office in the 49th Legislative District as a Republican.
The Board will be seeking a replacement.
The 2026 Candidate Training Session sponsored by the Clark County Democratic Women was very well attended and successful. Pictures available soon.
Next Meeting is Wednesday May 27, 2026. It will be a Zoom, on-line meeting beginning at 7:00 PM.

Social Meetings at 5:30 PM – Live <
Every other month [Feb, Apr, Jun, Aug, Oct, Dec], there will be a SOCIAL MEETING on the fourth Wednesday. It will be announced here and via personal email, too. Social Meetings are planned in person at the Tap Union Freehouse at 1300 Washington St, Vancouver. Map LINK
