STATEMENT from the CLARK COUNTY DEMOCRATIC WOMEN TEMPORARY PRESIDENT

Members,

I think most of you know that our President, Sarah Mittelman was asked to step down and did just that.  As Vice President I have stepped up to be our temporary President and serve until our re-org on December 8th.  Nikole Graves continues to be our secretary, and Marsha Manning continues to be our treasurer. 

This e-board came together and has set up our calendar for the rest of 2026 with a new meeting day, scheduled for the 4th Tuesday of each month.

Mark your calendars the new schedule is as follows:

>MAY 26, 5:30pm, 3Peaks Public House & Taproom, 5:30pm (24415 NE 10th Ave, Ridgefield, WA MAP LINK). 
We’ve invited candidates to mix and mingle with us. You won’t want to miss it.

>JUNE 23, 7pm Zoom, Business Meeting, Bylaw Changes and Endorsements

>JULY 28, 5:30pm, Social – location TBD

>AUGUST 25, 7pm Zoom, Business Meeting, completing Endorsements after primary

>SEPTEMBER 22, 5:30PM, Social – location TBD, Meeting more candidates.

>OCTOBER 27, 7pm Zoom, Business Meeting

>DECEMBER 8, Reorganization, 5:30PM, Social location TBD.
The re-org was moved to December due to the meeting conflicting with Thanksgiving week.

Notice: This email also serves as your notice that we will be discussing bylaw changes at our June 23rd
meeting. This recent change to moving officers has highlighted a few
places where we need to update things.  An email presenting a draft of
those changes will be sent out to you as soon as it is completed.

I know that is a lot, but brings you completely up to date. Remember to pay your dues.
