At the June 23 meeting, candidates for the August 04 Primary Election were discussed and voted on. The CCDW recommendations for the Primary election are presented at the following LINK
STATEMENT from the CLARK COUNTY DEMOCRATIC WOMEN TEMPORARY PRESIDENT
Members,
I think most of you know that our President, Sarah Mittelman was asked to step down and did just that. As Vice President I have stepped up to be our temporary President and serve until our re-org on December 8th. Nikole Graves continues to be our secretary, and Marsha Manning continues to be our treasurer.
This e-board came together and has set up our calendar for the rest of 2026 with a new meeting day, scheduled for the 4th Tuesday of each month.
Mark your calendars the new schedule is as follows:
>NEXT MEETING >>AUGUST, 7 PM
The Social Meeting initially planned for Tuesday July 28 is CANCELLED so everybody can pick their favorite candidate and volunteer to doorbell or make phone calls from home
>AUGUST TBA, 7pm Zoom, Business Meeting, completing Endorsements after primary
>SEPTEMBER TBA, 5:30PM, Social – location TBD, Meeting more candidates.
>OCTOBER TBA, 7pm Zoom, Business Meeting
>DECEMBER TBA Reorganization, 5:30PM, Social location TBD.
The re-org was moved to December due to the meeting conflicting with Thanksgiving week.

2026 is a big election year with national congressional races and local State Representative races to plan for and vote in. Plan your VOTE to win the Mid-term Elections in November.
